    • 3 hrs setup · 6 hr event · 1 hr breakdown

  • Early access to Hospitality Suites at 8 AM

  • Full use of HV Décor inventory & uplighting in variety of colors

  • Valet Service included for 180+ guests

  • Day-of Coordination

  • 1- Hour Rehearsal guided by your coordinator

EVENT STAFFING:​

  • 10 hours full-service

    • 3 hrs setup · 6 hr event · 1 hr breakdown

  • Team for up to 100 guests (buffet)

    • 4 Waitstaff

    • 1 Bartender/Attendant

    • 1 Kitchen Staff

    • 1 Supervisor

  • Complete setup, service, breakdown & cleanup
     

COMPLETE EVENT ESSENTIALS:

  • Tableware – china plates, silverware, glassware, chargers (black, silver, or gold)

  • Linens – tablecloths & napkins in many colors, coverage for all guest + service tables

  • Service Equipment – platters, stands, pitchers, cleaning trays, trash cans & bags
