Wedding packages at Harbour View are designed to give you the freedom and flexibility to create the event of your dreams. Our reception packages include:

  • A pre-reception mingle/cocktail hour in the second-floor gallery with high top cabaret tables for your guests, tables and risers for the bar setup of your choice, and any additional tables you need for standing hors d’oeuvres, guest book, gifts, or place cards.
  • Your wedding reception in the Sewell’s Point Ballroom and/or Hutchinson Room. Includes a cushioned modular dance floor, five-foot round guest tables, banquet chairs, head table or sweetheart table, and any tables needed for cake, D.J., food stations or buffet. You also get 10-inch round mirror tiles to place your centerpieces on, votive candle holders, and table number stanchions for each guest table.
  • Friendly assistance with vendor selection as you plan your special day, and a complimentary coordination meeting to discuss all the day of details and chart out the room setup. Harbour View staff will be on-site throughout your entire event to handle deliveries, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that your plans are carried out exactly as you wish.

Pricing for reception packages depends upon the number of guests (up to 400), time of the event, and day of the week that the reception is held. 

For weekend receptions of 200 guests or less, package pricing ranges from $2,950 to $6,250. For weekend receptions of 201 to 400 guests, pricing ranges from $5,750 to $9,450. Weekday (Monday through Thursday) pricing ranges from $1,750 to $3,950. For more information, contact us to speak with an event specialist.

When you hold your ceremony at Harbour View as well as your reception, the ceremony package includes:

  • Your wedding ceremony held on the open-air Veranda or Hutchinson Room, set against a backdrop of the charming Occoquan River.
  • At least one hour for your ceremony and ceremony photos.
  • Exclusive use of our spacious and luxurious bridal suite to prepare for your ceremony.
  • Easy access to Statements on the Water, a premiere bridal salon and spa conveniently located on the premises.
  • Great outdoor photo opportunities along the river and in the beautiful marina.
  • Complete ceremony setup with padded white wedding chairs, a white wedding arch, your choice of white or red aisle runner, and billowing white curtains.
  • A complimentary one-hour rehearsal one or two days before your wedding.

The fee to have your waterfront ceremony at Harbour View is only $950.
