THE VERANDA

Enclosed on three sides and open on the fourth side to the gorgeous river view, this indoor-outdoor space is perfect for wedding ceremonies of up to 240 guests. You don't have to worry about rain as you are always covered. Draped in billowing white fabrics for your special day, the Veranda is a vision of whimsy and romance.  

THE GALLERY

As soon as you walk in, the Gallery is designed with gorgeous hardwoods and floor-to-ceiling windows. The Gallery is the heart of the second floor event spaces. This stunning space makes an excellent greeting or registration area, cocktail reception space, or product showcase. 

SEWALL’S POINT BALLROOM

Our large ballroom comfortably seats up to 300 guests banquet style. Framed by huge windows overlooking the river, new hardwood floors, and surrounded by balconies where you and your guests can enjoy the river breezes. This expansive space lends itself to large wedding receptions, fundraisers, and seminars.

THE HUTCHINSON ROOM

The smaller of our two ballrooms, the Hutchinson Room comfortably seats up to 80 guests banquet style. It is an ideal space for smaller receptions, meetings, luncheons, networking events, and wintertime wedding ceremonies.

THE RIVER ROOM

This intimate first-floor space is ideal for meetings, breakout sessions, bridal and baby showers, and rehearsal dinners of up to 40 guests. A wall of windows give an uninterrupted view of the river—sure to impress—and the room opens onto a private and peaceful patio.
