Do I need an appointment to tour Harbour View?
Yes, all tours are by appointment. We are a private event venue and offer tours when there are events in progress. When you come in to visit Harbour View, we want to make sure that you will have access to view all of the spaces that you will be using for your event.
How soon do I need to book my event at Harbour View?
Once you decide on your date, contact us as soon as possible. All of our events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I hold a date and will there be a fee to do so?
When you ask for a contract to book your date, we will hold it for 5 days. This way you don't feel pressured to sign "on the spot".
What is the process to book my event at Harbour View?
You will need to sign an agreement and remit your deposit of at least 25% depending on how close you are to your event date.
Does Harbour View charge service fees or gratuity fees in addition to the rental fee?
We do not charge an additional service fee or gratuity. Although your vendors are most appreciative of gratuities, that is left to your discretion.
Are there any discounts available for booking my event at Harbour View?
We offer discounts for most Fridays and Sundays, events in January, February and part of March along with discounts for active military.
May I use the marina grounds for my photographs?
You and your guests are welcome to use our landscaped outdoor areas and marina grounds for their photos. However, the boats in the marina are private property and off limits.
What are my options for catering at Harbour View?
You the freedom to choose from a selection of approved caterers. Each caterer has been thoroughly vetted so you know you will receive a trusted professional who consistently provides excellent food and service.
What are my options If I want alcoholic beverages at my event?
1. Supply your own alcoholic beverages. Your caterer will supply bar equipment, mixers, ice, and staff.
2. Have the catering company handle everything for you.
