Packages at Harbour View are designed to give you the freedom and flexibility to create the event of your dreams. Our packages include all of the tables you’ll need, banquet chairs, beveled edge mirror tiles to place your centerpieces on, votive candle holders & votive candles, and table number stanchions. Events in Sewall’s Point Ballroom and Hutchinson Ballroom also include a generously sized dance floor. We will provide friendly assistance with vendor selection as you plan your special day, and a complimentary coordination meeting to discuss all the day of details and chart out your room setup. Harbour View staff will be with you throughout your entire event to handle deliveries, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that your plans are carried out exactly as you wish.
Pricing depends upon the number of guests (up to 320), time of the event, and day of the week.
For events of 40 guests or less held in our River Room, package pricing ranges from $425 to $725, based on your event date and time.
For weekend evening events of 41 to 160 guests, where you will enjoy exclusive use of the 2nd floor of the venue, package pricing ranges from $4,250 to $6,250. For weekend evening events of 161 to 320 guests, pricing ranges from $5,250 to $8,250. Weekday (Monday through Thursday) and Saturday afternoon pricing ranges from $1,950 to $3,950. There is a flat $295 venue management fee added to each rental ($95 for River Room rentals) as well as a refundable damage deposit. We are also required to collect the Virginia State sales tax of 6%.
Harbour View does not charge any additional service fee, cleaning fee, or required gratuity. For our customers who would like to offer a token of appreciation to our venue staff for excellent service, please know that is appreciated but certainly not required.
