Harbour View, a waterfront event venue in Woodbridge, VA, boasts over 12,000 square feet, divided into several highly functional and beautifully appointed spaces:
- The first floor open-air Veranda is a fully covered space nestled right alongside the charming Occoquan River. Your guests will love mingling in this lovely setting. The Veranda is perfect for a cocktail reception, elegant lunch, or afternoon tea—or some stunning decorations to set the stage for your unique event vision.
- COMING IN SEPTEMBER: The River Room, a first-floor space for up to 40 attendees, ideal for baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and other intimate celebrations. A wall of windows give an uninterrupted view of the river—sure to delight—and the room opens onto a private and peaceful patio.
- On the second floor, you will enter the Gallery: a wide open space with hardwood floors and a wall of windows overlooking the entrance. This is an excellent space for a bar or hors d’oeuvres display. The Gallery is an ideal place to showcase art, photos, gifts, escort cards, and favors.
- From the gallery, you can enter either one of the two main event areas: Sewall’s Point Ballroom and Hutchinson Ballroom. The elegant ballrooms are surrounded on all sides by huge windows overlooking the river and marina below. Both ballrooms open onto an extra-wide balcony spanning three sides of the building. The neutral décor means that your party theme and planned entertainment will take center stage—though the rooms are so beautiful you’ll find they need no additional decoration.
